Energy Savings Maintenance Agreement

Preventive maintenance lowers utility bills, extends the life of your AC system, and improves indoor air quality. Our maintenance plan includes two tune–ups per year (every 6 months) from our factory–trained technicians. During each visit, we will perform a complete 19–point precision tune–up on each unit, including:

1. Clean outdoor condenser coil
2. Adjust blower components
3. Test operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge
4. Calibrate thermostat and confirm proper operating
5. Test safety controls where applicable
6. Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
7. Check voltage and amperage on motors
8. Flush condensate drain lines
9. Clean drain pan
10. Add tablets to drain pan to prevent algae buildup
11. Lubricate all moving parts (if applicable)
12. Check air flow
13. Test starting capabilities
14. Inspect refrigerant line valves for leaks
15. Clean or replace air filter
16. Inspect indoor coil for mold and mildew
17. Inspect heating coil and amp draw
18. Test operation and condition of compressor contactor
19. Inspect electrical disconnect switch

A 15% parts discount on parts/materials not covered by manufacturer’s warranty (or flat rate repairs).
